Ready for some eye candy?
I have to tell you that I’m absolutely SMITTEN with these
Vintage Brooch Bridal Bouquets!
They are gorgeous.
I love the fact that they will last forever.
Yes, they are pricey, but I bet they would be pretty easy to figure out how to make.
M.L. from House of Whimsy shared this gorgeous bridal bouquet last week at the Link Party.
I have been thinking about these amazing bouquets ever since.
I got busy searching today (between packing boxes) on Pinterest and Etsy.
I hadn’t planned on writing a post and sharing with all of you, but
I got so much enjoyment looking at all of the different, beautiful,
sparkly colors, I wanted to share.
You can click here to see a fairly easy tutorial
on how to make one.
I also found a great website with a great selection of brooches.
Fabulous Brooch
I’m adding this to my DIY list!
I don’t know about you, but I’m going to start collecting vintage brooches.
Now I just need to find a bride
.
Don’t forget to click on the picture and go to the actual website before you Pin.
So, I’m curious… what do you think of the vintage brooch bridal bouquets?
Would you carry one instead of fresh flowers?

Gorgeous bouquets! No wonder you like these so much
My favorite though is the 1st one from :House of Wimsey

Very beautiful and very different. I am going to forward this to Heidi.
I love these!! They are amazing. My bride days are long gone but I would have loved to have done something like this. My boutique was beautiful but these would be something you could keep forever unlike fresh flowers. Thanks for sharing!
What a great idea for all of that costume jewelry that I have from Grandma. Maybe I could make a few for all the girls in our family. A great way to remember her…
Thanks for sharing!
Planning for my wedding already? I guess I better find the lucky guy ASAP
I’m hopefully somewhere close to wedding #2 (agreed to be married.. no $ for a ring yet). I’m ditching the fresh flowers, a budget decision, and am looking into doing a bead/brooch bouquet. The only issue is that buying brooches is actually quite expensive! But still, I love that they can be second hand, with history and stories in them.
Great round up of lovely images!
